2023 Year on 4 pages preplanning

I have done this setup in past planners and it is so helpful for nailing down those important future dates. I usually don't keep more than 3 months of planning materials in my planner to cut down on bulk, so this is a great help for tracking the upcoming events that I don't currently have space to plan for.

Free Printable Dramatic Play X-rays

Last year I started off by making the doctor prescription cards for our doctor/vet clinic dramatic play. I always had planned on gradually expanding into printables that work along side those but a move and health issues got in the way.  Luckily the wait is over and I am releasing these printable lad x-rays with a plan to release more variations including a full range of vet options.   Download Below

Free Printable Teepee Craft (for Native American unit)

****Archived and transplanted from my old blog**** As a new homeschooling mom in the modern world I honestly feel blessed. Not only by the wonderful moms and teachers who go out of their way to create worksheets, lessons plans and crafts but also the fact that they share their knowledge and wisdom online for those of us who find ourselves clueless on where to start with all of this.  And as someone who has been blessed with the gift of drawing and is moderately tech savvy I want to share resources with you guys as well. This month we are focusing our geography lesson on North America and our history lesson on mainly the Native Americans and some on the early European settlers this is the first month I feel like I have a solid lesson plan worked out and I am already a little bit ahead of the curve.  I took some time last week to design this teepee template that was a simple and fun craft that my daughter (age 5), my niece (age 7), and my nephew (age 10) all enjoyed doing it. Free Printable Learn your Phone Number Worksheet for Kids

Somehow in the chaotic haze of our first year of homeschooling I forgot to teach my daughter some basic life skills. It may have been because we don't really every leave the house anymore but I completely forgot to teach Gabby basic emergency phone skills like how to dial my number or who to contact in an emergency. It only crossed my mind that she didn't know this information because she was playing with her dad and yelled "I am going to call 399 on you!" So again I am the case study for a major parenting fail. But lucky for you my failure is your gain as it prompted my to create this new freebie for you use. This free printable comes with an area to practice dialing, writing, and tiling together the number. It also has a few questions about emergencies that are helpful for your little one to know the answer to. Link to print at the bottom of post.    Link to print at the bottom of post.
